Return & Refund Policy (Last updated: September 28, 2026)

We want you to love what you order from Hisdiggs. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return
Email us at hisdiggs36@hisdiggs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below). We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank or card company may take additional time to post it). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at hisdiggs36@hisdiggs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping for these items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, and custom items made from artwork you supply to us, cannot be returned.
