SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Domestic (US): Free shipping on orders $50.00 and up • 5-8 business days
• Domestic (US): $5.99 flat rate on orders under $50.00 • 5-8 business days
• International: Available on select orders. Shipping times may vary.
  

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes Hisdiggs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages Hisdiggs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times may vary.

Fulfillment All orders are fulfilled from our US-based fulfillment center. In rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock domestically, your order may be fulfilled from an international center. Delivery times may be slightly longer in these instances, however shipping costs to you remain the same.
